I have lost weight, toned up and feel fitter and healthier than I have in a very long time. What’s been great is that I have been allowed to go at my own pace, meaning I really enjoy the sessions, actually look forward to them and can really feel the improvement. I even enjoy running now, which is a surprise because I’ve always hated it! I thoroughly recommend it.

Why I like it: it’s a fun, motivating way to exercise, a wide range of exercises with a good few laughs too. Out doors in the fresh air.
Why others should try it: It is way more fun than the gym-its outside, nice people and a great way to end your day!
Laura, Pok Fu Lam, I can’t say enough about Donna! She is bubbly, energetic, encouraging and motivating. I have seen real results working with her, where I had failed in the past! She has this non-runner running occasionally and feeling confident about it! She makes it fun to work-out and has changed my whole view towards exercise. Although I still won’t say it is fun, I will say that it makes me feel so much better and that I really like my sessions with Donna, and dare I say it, I look forward to them!

A Boost Camp session with Donna is the best way to start the week… or pick yourself up during a tiring week.
As well as offering a great workout for the body Donna also lifts the soul with tremendous humour, encouragement and inspiration.
I can’t recommend Boost Camp highly enough. The groups are friendly, inclusive and motivating and the sessions are hard as you want to make them.
Having been used to exercising alone and often lacking enthusiasm I now find I really look forward to getting out and doing as much as time allows, both with Boost Camp and on my own… Donna has really lifted my ability and enjoyment of exercising.
